Adventure Diary Entry:

16/12/23

Had the most beautiful Breathwork workshop in the morning where I got to meet the beautiful souls of Launceston & made friends with Yoga Loft owner Erin.

My First time encountering someone who’s got same Sun and Moon signs, the connection was electric & amazing, quite brief but invigorating!

Being one of the bucketlist while we’re in Launceston, the Family went North to the Lavander Farm for some afternoon delight.

Drove with my mum in my car, the whole pack got there and spent most of the afternoon drinking, strolling (photo-taking), & shopping.

My Reiki- Master friend told me months ago prior to coming here in Launceston that I have a hypersensitive Third-Eye Chakra and recommended Lavander to soothe my mind and aide in rebalancing the energy point. Since arriving in Tasmania in my serendipitous strolls of Hobart’s Salamanca Market, I got a hold of Bridstowe Estate’s Essential Oil and has incorporate it in my morning rituals as part of the aroma, or whenever I feel my mind is hyperactive and make it as part of my DOWN REGULATION Routines.

Since then, I never go anywhere without it in my backpack.

Its our last week in Tasmania and we celebrated the day by going to the beach in the North, Bridport Tasmania and had a fabulous dinner in the Bridport Bunker Club, enjoyed the amazing Sticky date pudding & a quick stroll in the sandbar before my car decided to breakdown in Piper’s Point on our way home to Launceston.
